Position: TLN Social Media InternPosition Location: RemoteStart Date: February 1, 2026End Date: September 30, 2026About: The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is a professional lacrosse league in North America, composed of 8 teams rostered with the best players in the world. Co-founded by lacrosse superstar Paul Rabil and his brother, serial entrepreneur and investor, Mike Rabil, the Premier Lacrosse League is backed by an investment group composed of Joe Tsai Sports, The Raine Group, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and other top investors in sports and media. The PLL is distributed through an exclusive media rights agreement with ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPN+. experience running popular social media accounts, understanding of brand voice, and knowledge of the ever-changing social media ecosystem. Reports directly to the Manager of TLN.
Qualifications: Experience working across all social media platformsWeekend availability is required to watch NCAA games remotelyBase level video editing experience + graphic design experience requiredWell-versed in and passionate about lacrosseKnowledge of top teams, top players, and marquee eventsStrong grasp on internet pop cultureData-focused mindset – always tracking analytics and improving accordinglyStrong communication, organizational, and project management skillsAbility to build and run campaigns for various initiativesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:Posting across all TLN social media channelsEditing social cuts optimized for each platformWatching college lacrosse every weekend and creating edits from the best momentsSource content from the lacrosse community via submissions or otherwiseAssist in story creation and content roadmapsCreate promotional material for marquee campaigns – (merch, new YouTube videos, data capture opportunities, etc.e
Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on location and applicable state or local minimum wage laws.
