Real Salt Lake is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Grounds Crew at the Zions Bank Training Facility (ZBRA) in Herriman, Utah. This part-time position will report to the Sr. Director of Fields and Grounds and the Superintendent of Fields & Grounds ZBRA. Under their supervision, you will participate in the maintenance of common grounds, sports turf grass maintenance, and related work as required. Applicants must be 18 years old or older. This is a 2026 seasonal role February – November. RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE:Pulling WeedsTrash CleanupHand Watering with HosesOperate Rotary Mowers, Trimmers, Edgers, Blowers, and Utility VehiclesGranular Fertilization ApplicationsPainting and Scrubbing Field MarkingsIrrigation RepairsSod InstallationGame/Event SetupOther Duties as AssignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to take direction and multitaskPossession of a valid driver's license and excellent driving recordAbility to withstand loud noise levelAbility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the teams’ schedules. Ability to work independently with initiative and attention to detailPossess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to pass a background checkAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, balance, crawl and reach for extended periods of timeAbility to work in all weather conditions PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior landscaping experience is preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 50 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions.
