Job Summary The Health Research and Analytics (HRA) business line is seeking a highly motivated, full-time Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our team in support of our government customer, U. Responsibilities Function across the spectrum of the HP program by providing and facilitating injury prevention, basic acute care, effective rehabilitative care, and performance enhancement Provide and perform the following services in support of POTFF’s HP program for SOF personnel, with priority on SOF Operators and Direct Combat Support personnel: Provide HP services within the ATC’s scope of practice as defined by the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) Design and fabricate protective pads, equipment and braces to help prevent and treat injuries, including the use of taping techniques within the ATC’s scope of practice Provide instruction and guidance within the ATC’s scope of practice Participate in periodic meetings to review the care provided to patients to identify opportunities for improvement. requirements in good standing at a local MTF Ability to obtain and maintain a U.
