Operations and Parking InternSummer 2027 | Full-Time Paid Internship | Lake Country DockHounds Baseball The Lake Country DockHounds, proud members of the American Association of Professional Baseball, are seeking an Operations and Parking Intern for the 2027 season at DockHounds Ballpark in Oconomowoc, WI. This internship offers hands-on experience in stadium operations, parking management, facilities management, and game-day logistics. You’ll help ensure the ballpark, parking areas, and fan spaces are safe, clean, organized, and ready for guests while gaining a strong understanding of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a professional sports organization running smoothly. Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with game-day parking operations, including organizing parking areas, directing vehicles, and helping provide a smooth arrival experience for fans. Assist with parking setup and preparation for home games, concerts, festivals, and other stadium events. Help communicate parking procedures and directions to fans, staff, vendors, and event guests. Maintain the field, bullpens, batting cages, and other ballpark locations. Work with food and beverage staff to support cleanliness at all points of sale. Ensure the cleanliness of the ballpark after each home game and event. Collaborate with other interns to maintain concourses, bathrooms, parking areas, and other public spaces. Organize and maintain storage locations throughout the ballpark. Assist with ballpark preparation and enhancement prior to Opening Day, including painting, signage, group areas, and other projects. Support field rentals, private events, and other event setups throughout the season. Identify and help implement improvements to ballpark facilities and operations as a proactive, self-starting team member. Report directly to the Stadium Operations Manager and General Manager. Assist other departments with gameday and event operations as needed. What We’re Looking ForA strong interest in sports operations and the baseball industry. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-first attitude. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment. Internship DetailsSchedule: Mid-April–Mid-September 2027, including office hours, 50 home games, and community events such as concerts and festivals. Compensation: Up to $3,000 for the summer. Location: DockHounds Ballpark, Oconomowoc, WI.
