OverviewThe Operations Staff will perform a multitude of tasks to include event preparation, event presentations, move-ins, move-outs, and general day to day maintenance or needs. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until December 11, 2026. ResponsibilitiesPerform general labor as assigned. Setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, other event seating, stages, dirt, shavings, etc. Assists in conversion duties as assigned. Maintain a safe work environment. Respond to tenants and customers as needed in a professional manner. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all building property and grounds. Follow detailed instructions as assigned. Work as a team and be able to work independently while completing tasks. Actively care for all complex equipment and property by storing equipment properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of any mistreatment of property. Maintain organized storage areas. May be asked to operate industrial vehicles such as carts, forklifts, and floor scrubbers. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work days, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Knowledge of general maintenance and the ability to learn new skills. Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions. Must be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines. Ability to climb stairs and lift heavy objects unaided.
