OverviewJob Status/Type: Full-time, year-roundPosition Level: Entry to Mid-LevelShift/Schedule Requirements: Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.s Responsibilities:Responsible for directing or overseeing other team members' daily work activities but is not responsible for undertaking or recommending the following employment actions: hiring, termination, corrective action and performance reviews. Demonstrate knowledge in all necessary software that pertains to the operation of the business which consists of: time and attendance, sales and labor sheets, safe/drawer counts, end of night financials, floor charts/side work, weekly inventories and the scheduling system. Inform manager of all developments arising within area of responsibility on a daily basis. Provide a clean, safe work environment at all times and accordance within state and local guidelines. Initiate corrective/improvement actions as needed or upon the direction of the manager. Compile and send nightly reports to all applicable management and staff. Adhere to and enforce all Six Flags and specific Park policies and procedures, including safety, attendance and EEO policies, and demonstrate commitment to customer service in all aspects of employment. Motivate supervision and employees to seek improvement in individual performance. Work directly with supervisors teaching them all aspects of the Area Manager position in which they can be considered for future positions. Maintain a valid ServSafe Food, Serv Safe Alcohol and Ohio Level 2 Food Protection Certification. Qualifications3-5 years industry experience including leadership experienceAbility to work nights and weekends with a focus on business demandsPassionate about understanding and creating an exceptional guest and team member experience like no otherAbility to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial lawAbility to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
