Ticket Sales ManagerPosition SummaryThe Stockton Hockey Club is seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Ticket Sales Manager to lead theorganization’s season ticket and group sales efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, sales experience, and a passion for sports and liveentertainment. This individual will play a key role in establishing the club’s ticket sales culture and growing attendancethroughout the season.
Primary ResponsibilitiesTicket Sales & Revenue GenerationGenerate revenue through the sale of:Full and partial season ticket membershipsGroup ticket packagesPremium seating and hospitality packagesSpecialty and themed ticket promotionProspect and develop new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, community outreach, and eventsMeet and exceed individual and departmental sales goalsMaintain accurate records of sales activity, appointments, and customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systemsAssist in creating and implementing ticket sales campaigns and promotional strategiesAccount Management & Customer ServiceBuild and maintain strong relationships with season ticket holders, group leaders, and community organizationsProvide outstanding customer service and timely communication to all clientsCoordinate renewal campaigns and retention efforts for existing ticket holdersHandle ticket inquiries, exchanges, and game-day service needsDevelop creative fan experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and retentionLeadership & OperationsAssist in overseeing ticket office operations and game-day ticketing functionsSupport and help train ticket sales representatives, interns, and game-day staffWork closely with marketing, community relations, and corporate partnerships departments to maximize ticket revenue opportunities Prepare sales reports, projections, and performance updates for managementAssist with implementation of group experiences, hospitality events, and promotional nightsCommunity EngagementRepresent the organization at community events, networking functions, and team appearancesDevelop relationships with schools, youth sports organizations, businesses, and community groups to driveattendanceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred2+ years of ticket sales, sports sales, or related business development experience preferredStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsBilingual Speaking/Upstanding (Spanish & English) a bonusAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesSelf-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindsetExperience with ticketing and CRM systems preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the team scheduleCompensation & BenefitsBase salary plus commission and bonus opportunitiesCareer growth opportunities within professional sportsTeam apparel and game privilegesNetworking and professional development opportunitiesAboutThe Stockton Hockey Club is committed to delivering exciting professional hockey, affordable family entertainment, andmeaningful community engagement.
