Nature of Work:Denver Summit is seeking a knowledgeable, high energy match day Public Address announcer to inform, engage and entertain fans throughout all home matchdays at Dick Sporting Goods Park, and Centennial Park. responsibilities at the discretion of the supervisor and/or hiring authority. Qualifications:Strong understanding of soccer terminology and match flow. Strong vocal presence with excellent dictation and pacing. Previous experience as a PA Announcer, host, broadcaster or public speaker preferred. Skills & Abilities:Thrives in a team environment. Passionate about Denver Summit, Women’s soccer and women’s sports and willing to continue to learn and support the organization’s mission, values and goals. Ability to remain composed in live-event, high-pressure environments. Strong understanding of soccer terminology and match flow. Availability for all home matches, including weekends and evenings. Ability to follow production cues, and timing. Ability to maintain positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing environments.
