    Job Description

OVERVIEW | MAVRKSOutlyr is seeking a motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in event management to join the Outlyr Event Management Intern Program (referred to as “Mavrks”). RESPONSIBILITIES + DUTIESHelp manage operational timelines, including detailed set-up/tear-down scheudlesServe as primary point of contact for ordering, scheduling, and maintaining operational needs per event; included but not limited to: Golf Carts, Radios, Fencing/Barricade/Ropes, Internet, Office Equipment, Storage, Trailers, Sanitation, among other duties and assignmentsCoordinate vendor contracts and oversee operational fulfillment of sponsor and partner agreementsCollaborate with tournament staff to support volunteer operations, sponsor programs, and onsite activationsOversee storage and product logistics, including loading/unloading sponsor and event assetsSupport special projects, documentation, and administrative tasks: travel logistics, merchandise inventory, ticketing updates, and weekly reportsCarry out assigned tasks with limited supervision, including coordinating and implementing projects to meet event objectivesEnsure first-class presentation for the operation of each eventWork closely with event staff to plan and execute ancillary community events such as golf outings, fitness events, and culinary experiencesAssist with implementation of sponsor programs and onsite activationsCarry out assigned tasks with limited supervision, including coordinating and implementing projectsOther related duties/projects as reasonably assignedWeekend and Holiday work requiredPlease note: Events are held outdoors (rain or shine), and all phases of these events (set-up, build and tear down) will require long workdays outside in temperatures/conditions consistent with each events location/seasonMust be able to lift 30+ lbs.
