Education, is responsible for leading the operational delivery and continuous improvement of specific programming initiatives of U.
S.
education. The Senior Coordinator will serve as a key connector between technical leadership, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure offerings are relevant, scalable, and aligned with U.
S.
Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of educational events, courses, and learning experiences (virtual, in-person, and blended) Support the development and evolution of educational programming, including new formats, content delivery methods, and engagement strategies Partner with technical leadership to align offerings with coaching competencies and long-term development goals Support and mentor peers in executing tasks and projects Responsible for overseeing key department operations Create and maintain positive working relationships with U.

RequirementsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline Strong familiarity with U.
S.
experience in program coordination, operations, or sports/education environments Strong understanding of U.
S.
skills is a plusCapable of working in fast-paced and demanding environmentsMust be able to connect “micro” details to the “macro” vision and missionProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe programs Weekend and holiday work required at times Some travel may be required U.
