Working cross-functionally with teams across Licensing, Legal, Technology, and Business Operations, this role will ensure accuracy, consistency, and high performance across all aspects of the college program.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & ExecutionOwn day-to-day operational processes for the college licensing program, including roster updates, athlete onboarding, data management, and program execution across high-volume workflows. Maintain and update core systems (e.g, COMPASS and DLH) while ensuring data integrity for athlete, school, and licensee information; dig into discrepancies, transfers, eligibility changes, and syncing issues.
Track key deliverables and timelines for product launches and promotional activity; ensure cross-functional teams and schools are aligned on timing and requirements.
University Partnership ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for university/school partners, responding promptly to inquiries on roster management, payments, athlete performance, program participation, and overall satisfaction.

Conduct proactive outreach to schools, agencies, and high-impact athletes to support quality-of-rights expansion, onboarding, and program growth.
Technology & Partner Support Act as operational support and liaison between OneTeam and key technology platforms to support the College NIL program.
Troubleshoot issues related to athlete/school access, roster syncing, and product approvals in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of the college NIL technology platform, including process documentation and partner training.
Stakeholder CoordinationPartner with internal teams (Legal, Licensing, Finance, Business Operations, and Sponsorship) to support smooth execution of agreements and product activations.
Build strong working relationships with college partners, schools, licensees, athlete representatives, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Assist with school, agency and athlete outreach in support of quality-of-rights efforts and onboarding of high-impact athletes.
Process Improvement & Strategic SupportIdentify opportunities to improve internal workflows, tools, and partner experiences.
Collaborate with the Senior Director and leadership team to inform strategic planning, OKR tracking, and program reporting.
Support preparation for college-related pitch materials, presentations, and industry events.
