    Job Description

Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the annual Facility Operations budget including labor, utilities, maintenance contracts, operating supplies, and capital expenditures. Lead and oversee all facility operations for Allegiant Stadium, ensuring building systems, event infrastructure, and operational equipment remain fully functional and event-ready 365 days per year. Monitor work order performance and ensure critical facility issues are addressed within established service-level standards. Direct a leadership team consisting of the Sr. Director of Facility Operations, Director of Operations, Maintenance Manager, and other department leaders; establish annual performance goals and conduct performance reviews. Oversee all preventive maintenance programs for HVAC systems, electrical distribution systems, plumbing, generators, elevators, escalators, fire alarm systems, life-safety systems, retractable seating, and event production infrastructure. Develop and execute a five-year capital replacement strategy for major building systems and infrastructure assets, including recommendation of annual capital expenditures. Serve as the executive lead for facility-related capital projects, including vendor selection, budget approval, project scheduling, construction oversight, and project closeout. Oversee event conversions and ensure seating, staging, barricades, field protection systems, back-of-house areas, and production infrastructure are installed and removed according to approved event schedules. Negotiate, administer, and evaluate service contracts for maintenance providers, engineering consultants, equipment vendors, custodial services, and specialty contractors. Partner with Finance, Booking, Events, Security, Guest Experience, and Food & Beverage departments to support operational planning and successful event execution. Prepare and present monthly operational updates, budget forecasts, capital project reports, and strategic recommendations to the Assistant General Manager and executive leadership team. Perform other duties, projects, and operational initiatives assigned by the Assistant General Manager. Advance degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years related work experience in live entertainment production. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a diverse workforce. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules. Knowledge of Federal and state OSHA regulations. Knowledge of safety practices, including first aid and all applicable safety standards for public facilities. Working knowledge of retractable seating and temporary stage deck systems. Solid accounting and financial skills.
