DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The Boston Red Sox Ticketing team plays an integral role in helping the organization to achieve its financial and customer service goals.
OVERVIEW: This position entails assisting the Ticket Strategy and Promotions team with the execution of game day ticket initiatives and events.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Guide fans through the redemption process and provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues as they arise.
Assist fans with digital ticketing needs and troubleshooting as required.
Maintain an organized and thorough inventory of required materials for game day ticket offers by coordinating with Ticket Strategy and Promotions staff.
QUALIFICATIONS Must be 18 years of age or older.
