Job Summary: The Spotlight Operator is responsible for operating follow spot lighting equipment during Atlanta Hawks games and other live events as needed at State Farm Arena. Responsibilities: Responsibility 1 Track & maintain accurate spotlight coverage of players, performers, and other subjects as needed during events. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Two years of spotlight operation experience in any setting (sports, theater, etc) Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a dependable, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced live event environment and is committed to delivering exceptional event experiences through high-quality technical execution.
