S. Ski & Snowboard is seeking an Intern, Partner Events & Hospitality. This is a part-time position. For inquiries or help with your application, please email [email protected]. SUMMARY / OBJECTIVEThe Intern, Revenue Events & Hospitality provides administrative and operational support to the Events & Hospitality team. This role focuses on behind-the-scenes preparation that helps ensure events are organized, accurate, and ready for execution.
Primary responsibilities include preparing name badges and print materials, supporting guest list administration, organizing event documentation, and assisting with the implementation of planning and project management software. The Intern will also support post-event organization efforts, including photo organization and the creation of post-event summaries and lookbooks.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to event operations while developing skills in organization, logistics, systems management, and administrative coordination.
