Responsibilities:Ticket sales and RevenueOwn season memberships, group sales, premium seating, flex plans, and all ticket revenue goals. Team LeadershipRecruit, develop, and lead a high-performance sales and operations staff. requirements. experience. Arena and Finance opsServe as business liaison to the venue, oversee payroll, budgets, and financial reporting. What We're Looking For5+ years of progressive leadership in ticket sales or business operations within sports, entertainment, or live events. Experience managing budgets, sales, forecasting, and business performance metrics. Strong communicator-- written, verbal, and presentation--with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent director- level experience considered. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and game-day events as required.
