ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementServe as the primary liaison between the Baltimore staff and arena management to ensure all operational needs are met. duties as assigned. Internship ProgramManage the organization's internship program. By recruiting, interviewing, hiring & training staff. Overseeing schedule and tasks for interns. 50/50 Raffle OperationsManage all aspects of the 50/50 raffle program and ensure compliance with state laws and regulations. Train staff on policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
