Position: Representative, Sales Development – Full-time/Temporary/Non-Exempt (Hourly + Commission) Department: Ticket Sales and Services Reports to: Manager, Sales Development Location: Arizona Cardinals (Tempe, AZ) Format: In-person Start Date: 8–12-months starting in June 2026 NOTE: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U. We compete in the National Football Conference (NFC) West division and call State Farm Stadium, in Glendale, Arizona, our home. As one of the oldest pro football franchises in the U. S. about the Arizona Cardinals and see what’s happening . responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following: Sell a full menu of ticket products for the Arizona Cardinals, including, but not limited to season ticket packages, group tickets, and hospitality options Develop new leads through calls, emails, and referrals Complete 80-100+ phone calls daily Work required events – including but not limited to home games at State Farm Stadium Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone and at games Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements Education: College degree is preferred (but not required) or equivalent experience No sales experience required.
