Academy Strength & Conditioning Coach

The Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach is an entry-level, development-focused position responsible for delivering the organization’s strength and conditioning programming at the academy level, working with players in Jupiter, FL and or at the Dominican Academy. Under the direction of the Director and Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning, this role focuses on building the athletic foundation of young, developing players, improving movement quality, strength, speed, and establishing the training habits, nutrition awareness, and routines that support long-term development. Key Responsibilities:February through October:• Program Delivery: Execute the strength, speed, and energy system development programs for assigned academy andplayers. Education: Teach foundational lifting technique, training terminology, and habits around recovery routines.• Communication & Teamwork: Coordinate and support daily work with academy coaches, medical staff, and otherperformance staff. November through January:• Off-Season Programs: Oversee off-season strength and conditioning plans for assigned players to ensure continuousphysical development year round• Progress Monitoring: Track off-season progress and adjust programs as necessary. skills and prepare for the upcoming season.
