The One Knox Youth Club is central to this mission — developing players, coaches, and a culture of excellence that embodies “The One Knox Way.” The Girls Director will help lead the development of our youth soccer program, create a unified technical vision, and guide coaches and players toward long-term success.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTION The Girls Director provides key leadership and support to the Technical Director within the gender-specific group, both on and off the field. This role ensures that female players across every group are in an environment that maximizes their potential and prioritizes their development. The Girls Director plays a vital role in player development, coaching oversight, and program administration to drive excellence in the Girls Academy and across all levels of play.
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS Strategic Leadership ● Collaborate with the Technical Director to implement organizational improvements and advance the gender-specific strategic plan. ● Review and assess the gender-specific technical plan, curriculum, and coaching structure for continuous enhancement. ● Provide administrative and operational support to the Technical Director and serve as liaison to the administrative staff. ● Supervise, assess, and develop direct reports, including Age Group Managers (AGMs), Goalkeeper Directors, and other program leads as assigned. ● Manage the annual gender-specific technical calendar, including training schedules, preseason camps, and tryouts. ● Provide oversight and coaching staff management for all girls teams. ● Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff regarding program expectations and standards.
