URGENT HIRE - MUST BE ABLE TO START BY THE END OF MAY!r Location: Forefront Field – Lorain County, OH Teams Supported: Lake Erie Crushers (Frontier League Baseball) & Lorain County Leviathan FC (USL League 2)Position SummaryForefront Field is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Clubhouse Manager to oversee daily clubhouse operations for both the Lake Erie Crushers and Lorain County Leviathan FC. This role is critical in ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for players, coaches, and staff across both organizations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sports environment and takes pride in operational excellence and team support. Key ResponsibilitiesClubhouse OperationsManage day-to-day operations of the clubhouse at Forefront Field for both teamsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of locker rooms, training areas, and storage spacesCoordinate locker room setup for games, practices, and special eventsOversee laundry operations, including uniforms, practice gear, and towelsTeam Support & CoordinationServe as primary clubhouse liaison between team staff, coaches, and front officeAssist with equipment distribution, inventory tracking, and orderingEnsure timely preparation for home games, practices, and visiting teamsSupport player needs while maintaining professionalism and confidentialityInventory & Equipment ManagementTrack, store, and organize team equipment and apparelWork with team operations staff on uniform issuance and returnsMonitor supplies and submit purchase requests as neededGame Day & Event ResponsibilitiesPrepare clubhouses for home games and visiting teamsBe present on game days to address clubhouse needs and troubleshoot issuesAssist with post-game breakdown and resetFacility Standards & ComplianceUphold league, team, and facility standards at all timesEnsure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of clubhouse facilitiesReport maintenance or facility issues promptlyQualificationsPrevious experience in sports operations, clubhouse management, equipment management, or facility operations preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and work independentlyComfortable working long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by game schedulesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs)Passion for sports and team-oriented environmentsWork EnvironmentFast-paced, hands-on role in a professional sports settingSeasonal workload that increases during baseball and soccer seasonsRequires flexibility and availability during games, practices, and special eventsCompensationCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunity to work closely with professional and semi-professional athletes and staffUnique experience across two sports organizations at a shared facility
