Skills & Abilities Comfortable writing production-quality SQL and Python or R; experience with data pipelines, ETL, or dbt-style workflows a strong plus Genuine interest in baseball and international markets — you don't need scouting/evaluation ability, but you should understand signing dynamics, international free agency rules, and the leagues/markets involved Comfortable with ambiguity — this role starts with "we don't fully know what we have," not a clean spec Able to communicate technical findings and recommendations to non-technical baseball people Ability to relocate to Los Angeles and commute to Dodger Stadium Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. experience with cloud data infra (AWS S3/RDS/Lambda) or BI/dashboard tools. equal opportunity for all qualified applicants from every race, creed, and background.
