Merchandising Staff (Gameday)

Position Overview: The Macon Mayhem are looking for a Merchandise Assistant for our upcoming 2025-2026 season! Responsibilities:Assist in managing purchase orders and incoming inventory from third-party vendorsTag, inventory, fold, and organize new and existing retail itemsMaintain floor displays and stock levelsPrepare incoming merchandise orders for customers accurately and in a timely mannerFind, address and solve merchandise related issues Train staff/interns assisting with merchandise on game daysAssist our full-time staff with administrative dutiesManage merchandise area and Loss prevention Qualifications:Ability to lift and carry items weighing at least 25 lbs., stand on your feet for 8+ hours at a time, ascend/descend stairs while carrying boxes or other itemsCommunicate in a professional and customer-oriented manner with fans in-person, on the phone and via emailFrequently use computer software including, but not limited to Google Docs, Google Sheets, Print Master and Square Point of Sale System.
