Game Day Operations Internship

Job DescriptionThis internship runs from May 2026 to August 2026. REX Baseball is a collegiate summer wood-bat team in Terre Haute, IN inside the Prospect League./ RequirementsThe official regular home season will start on June 1st and conclude on July 31st, with the potential to host playoff games through the first week of August. Complete Internship dates will be from May 26th to August 10th, to assist with complete setup & tear down of ballpark for pre/post season. Responsibilities but not limited to: Assist in pre-season set-up & post-season teardownAssist in pre-game set-up & post-game teardown/clean-up every home gameAssist with pre-game bag check for fans entering the stadiumAssist with guest relations on game-daysAssist in Merchandise Sales (Selling apparel, game day programs, and souvenirs to fans)Assist with Online & Physical Ticket Sales in our Ticket BoothAssist in cleaning duties post-game, including trashContribute to fan interaction and content idea brainstormingAssist with setup, & teardown of corporate/group outings of 100+ fansAssist with on-field entertainment throughout the gameAssist with Press box operations (Stats, Broadcast Production, Video Board & more)Opportunity to be Manager of the Day for a gameAssist in other areas as neededWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
