An Account Executive, Membership Services is directly responsible for all revenue goals associated with an assigned account base of existing Season Ticket Members, with a priority on renewals and retention. about and developing excellent relationships with Members and delivering customized communications, events and programs. Please note this is a Sales and Service position, as generating new business through referrals, add-ons and upgrades will also be an important part of this role. Responsibilities:Improve year-over-year Season Ticket Member (STM) satisfactionSuccessfully meet and exceed quantitative retention and associated revenue goals by offering benefits, fostering Season Ticket Member loyalty, and creating lifelong memoriesBuild strong rapport with assigned account base through proactive communication, including seat and office visits, phone calls, emails and other touchpointsPresent oneself as the key go-to-person for assigned account baseSell upgrades, add-ons, and referralsMake a minimum of 40-50 outbound calls per dayProactively respond to and resolve all customer requests, and inquiries from assigned account base.
