ResponsibilitiesTeam Member Experience Preferred Majors: Human Resources, Event Management, Hospitality Management Create, organize, and facilitate employee events, recognition initiatives, and engagement programs for a diverse workforce of over 5,000 team members. experience in two key areas: HRIS/Administrative Systems and Employee Relations. This dual-focus internship offers exposure to HR technology, compliance, and workplace culture initiatives, providing a comprehensive understanding of HR operations. QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be attending an accredited college or universityWork a minimum of 8 weeks between May 1-August 31Availability requirements:Minimum of 4 days per week of full availability2 of the 4 days must include either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/SundayWork a minimum average of 32 hours per weekAttend required professional development eventsAbility to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needsAbility to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial lawAbility to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
