As National Training Complex (NTC) Operations staff, you will report to the Coordinator, National Training Complex Operations, Senior Director, National Training Complex Operations, and National Training Complex Operations Interns and support the operational and logistical needs of USA Baseball’s events at the National Training Complex (NTC) in Cary, North Carolina. experience for teams and attendees. POSITION DETAILSThe National Training Complex Operations position is a part-time/hourly position at the National Training Complex in Cary, NC. Multiple candidates to be hired. Anticipated Start Date: June 10, 2026 (Training day 1-2 weeks prior)Anticipated End Date: August 31, 2026IN THIS ROLEYou will assist with operational needs for all events hosted at the NTC, ensuring readiness and efficiency. You will sell tickets and provide information to guests at the NTC. You will greet guests in a friendly manner as they enter / exit the NTC. You will operate scoreboards, sound systems, and GameChanger during USA Baseball Events. QUALIFICATIONSYou have a flexible schedule with weekday and weekend availability to support all USA Baseball events at the National Training Complex in Cary, NC.
