Role SummaryThis remote full‑time role is both strategic and technical. The IT & Technology Manager oversees the daily operations of Tardus’ IT department, manages software and technology vendors, and manages and builds solutions across Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft 365, among others. They will establish and enforce security policies, maintain hardware and software, manage and develop AI‑driven tools and automation, and ensure that our franchises can operate efficiently and securely. As the team scales, this person will recruit and manage IT staff and works closely with leadership to align technology with business goals. This role reports to the CEO.  Key Responsibilities1. IT Management and Infrastructure Oversee the health of networks and infrastructure by developing troubleshooting strategies and disaster recovery plans to reduce downtime and maintenance costs. Identify technology needs and recommend solutions to executive management. Maintain hardware and software and roll out company‑wide updates. Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, managing budgets and ensuring services meet business requirements. 2. Cybersecurity and Compliance
