The Executive Project Manager is a trusted partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and ensuring alignment across the organization. This highly visible role blends executive support, project leadership, governance coordination, and strategic planning into one dynamic position.
You will act as a key liaison between leadership, board members, and external stakeholders—helping translate vision into action while ensuring priorities stay on track and outcomes are delivered.
What You’ll DoExecutive Leadership SupportProvide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, including proactive calendar management and preparation for key engagementsServe as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive matters with discretionCoordinate complex domestic and international travel, optimizing logistics and cost efficiencyLead planning and execution of leadership meetings, strategic sessions, and external engagementsPrepare presentations, agendas, and briefing materials, while tracking follow-ups and driving accountabilitySupport strategic initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely and successful executionGovernance & Board RelationsManage all board administration, including meeting coordination, materials preparation, logistics, and documentationSupport board member needs, including travel, expenses, and communicationsAct as a liaison between leadership and the boardStrategy & Organizational PlanningLead development and execution of organizational strategy and planning processesFacilitate annual, quarterly, and monthly planning sessionsBuild and maintain systems to track goals, priorities, and progress across the organizationEnsure alignment between strategic plans, business goals, and executionCollaborate cross-functionally to drive clarity, accountability, and resultsWhat You BringProven experience developing and executing strategic initiativesStrong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional effortsExceptional organizational and prioritization abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentationsAbility to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authorityAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilitiesHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgmentAdaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, solutions-oriented approachQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience supporting executive leadership and/or boards of directorsBackground in leadership, project management, or strategic roles (e.n
