TITLE: Retail Sales Associate - GAME DAYPOSITION TYPE: Part Time COMPANY: Spire Sports + Entertainment: Greenville Swamp Rabbits LOCATION: Greenville, SC Spire Hockey: Greenville Swamp Rabbits (ECHL) Company Information: Based outside of Charlotte, N. C. responsibilities of the Hop Shop and satellite sales locations SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY: Highly organized, resourceful, detailed-oriented, quick learner and have good time management skills Excellent relationship building and customer service skills Ability to learn in a team environment and adhere to departmental guidelines Ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management Proficient with Retail Sales Operations -- including point of sale and back-end reporting; ability to learn required business systems Ability to professionally handle highly sensitive and confidential information QUALIFICATION STANDARDS: Experience: 1-2 years of prior work experience in retail; preferably in the sports industry with a focus on retail sales Must be able to work game nights, weekends, and holidays, based on organization events schedule. duties outside his/her normal description.
