Job Title: Ballpark Operations Assistant Job Summary: Position is responsible for covering Kansas City Royals home games providing support to all departments in the game day operations of Kauffman Stadium. On non-event days, this position will be responsible for various tasks around the ballpark as needed. Position is paid hourly and reports to the Stadium Operations Coordinator. Position Accountabilities/Responsibilities:· Work closely with Engineering and Stadium Services Departments • Keep regular track of daily work orders, preventative maintenance and reports· Conduct walkthrough of entire facility recording & following up on repairs and maintenance items· Administrative and clerical duties in support of Stadium Operations Department· Execute set-up & tear down of special event requests and assist Stadium Operations Coordinator. Requirements: · Ability to lift items weighing as much as 50 pounds · Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times· Specific vision abilities include close vision and ability to adjust focus· Must be comfortable walking to navigate the facility to access the office, concourse, etc. Benefits, 401K, and PTO.
