OverviewDirectly responsible for assisting guests with day-to-day operations in Guest Relations, Lost & Found, theRide Information Center, and Ticket Will Call.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:Responding to guest inquiries, addressing comments and concernsProviding accessibility accommodations for rides and attractions, answering phone lines, and managing lost-and-found reports.
Guest Relations staff are empowered to resolve guest issues and ensure the delivery of world-class guestservice.!
Qualifications• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent• Strong knowledge of park policies and procedures• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Basic proficiency with computers and phone systems• Professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
