Ticket Sales & Operations Internship

Job Description: The participant will work under the direction of the Senior Director of Ticket Sales and Operations to assist in activities for the Crunch organization related to ticket sales, retention and operations. Objective/Goals: The intern will work closely with the ticket department and gain hands-on experience assisting with the ticket operation needs of a professional sports team. Responsibilities:Maintain season ticket and individual game ticket recordsAssist with the continual upkeep of the club’s database system by entering ticket purchaser dataLearn Archtics ticketing system to assist with customer transactions and report generationAssist with season ticket holder events and initiativesService phone calls and ticket ordersManage Guest Services during operating hoursAssist the Ticket Sales department with all aspects of game day duties, including pregame, premium areas, and in-game experiencesWork all home games, including will call ticket distribution and events as necessaryAttend networking events when availableProvide excellent customer service to the Crunch fan base and general publicPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Enrolled undergraduate or graduate level student pursuing a degree in sport management, business or related fieldStrong creative, organizational, written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience in sports or customer service preferred, but not necessaryAbility to problem solve under pressureAbility to work flexible hours including nights and weekendsTime:Spring of the 2025-26 Syracuse Crunch season5-10 hours per week (negotiable)All Syracuse Crunch home gamesAdditional team events (annual holiday party, community events, etc. Compensation: This is a non-paid internship. When negotiated with each individual college, credit will be granted. There is parking reimbursement.
