The General Manager will lead corporate partnership sales around broadcasts produced by WPIAL, maintaining and enhancing relationships with both the WPIAL staff and their corporate partners and creating new opportunities for brands in the region to connect with the high school sports community. Responsibilities:Develop and grow sales for new and existing accounts having an effective pipeline and property management planBuild creative marketing solutions for potential partners that add value and exceed the needs of all parties Negotiate, structure and close partnership contracts delivering against company goalsDevelop a strong understanding of key differentiators in the changing market landscape of high school partnership sales to create a unique product mix for clientsCollaborate with vendors, corporate partners, partnership staff, and appropriate WIPAL personnel to ensure implementation of corporate partnerships and contract fulfillmentConduct yourself in a way that demonstrates a strong commitment to team collaboration and successMaintain flexible work hours including events that may occur on weeknights or weekends
