Schedule: Full-time summer commitment, including standard business hours, nights, weekends, and all home games. Who We Are Looking ForWe want energetic, motivated individuals ready to learn. skills that translate throughout the sports industry. What You’ll DoAssist fans with ticket purchases, package options, and questions by phone, in person and on game days. Help manage ticket window and will-call operations throughout the season. Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within ticketing and CRM systems. Run and assist with ticketing reports and database management. Develop sales skills through prospecting, outbound calling and relationship-building with prospective customers. Work toward individual and organizational ticket sales goals. Develop relationships with existing ticket holders by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and following orders through completion. Promote and sell group outings, picnics and other premium experiences to businesses, organizations, families, and community groups.
