    Website/Digital Coordinator – TUCSON ROADRUNNERS Job Title: Website/Digital Coordinator Department: Marketing / IT / Communications Reports To: VP of MarketingPosition Summary: The Website Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing the organization’s website to ensure a seamless user experience. Responsibilities:Manage and update website content (text, images, videos, blogs) Ensure website functionality, performance, and responsiveness Monitor site analytics and generate performance reports Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and rankings Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing teams Perform regular site audits to identify issues and improvements Maintain website security and ensure software/plugins are updated Optimize user experience (UX) and conversion rates Develop, build and lead email campaigns, SMS and digital marketing initiatives Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field 1–3 years of experience managing websites or digital content Familiarity with CMS platforms (e. skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) Understanding of UX/UI principles We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
