Job Description
The BC Lions are one of Canada’s most iconic professional sports organizations and a proud member of the Canadian Football League.
Responsibilities: Provide proactive, professional, and clear communication to ensure Premium Guests and Members’ needs are consistently met Act as the primary point of contact for assigned premium spaces on game days by greeting guests, providing event information, and assisting with inquiries Set up and prepare premium hospitality spaces prior to gates opening, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, properly stocked, and presentation-ready Take ownership and accountability for assigned premium spaces throughout the event by maintaining service standards, monitoring guest experience, and addressing issues promptly Coordinate and oversee teardown procedures post-game, ensuring all premium areas are reset, cleaned, inventoried, and secured according to operational standards Manage questions, requests, and concerns from VIP guests and provide immediate solutions or escalate when necessary Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences through personalized service, surprise-and-delight moments, and premium member recognition initiatives Engage with guests to promote club initiatives, special events, and key BC Lions campaigns Maintain a world-class level of service in all suites, clubs, lounges, and premium hospitality areas Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with premium members, partners, and guests to create memorable game day experiences Receive, compile, and communicate guest feedback to supervisor Work collaboratively with stadium operations, catering, security, and event staff to ensure seamless premium experience Compensation$25 Per hour Qualifications/Experience: In addition to a commitment to the BC Lions organization and values, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality with the ability to engage and present professionally with guests at all levels Strong team player who is dependable, collaborative, and detail-oriented Positive, approachable, and hospitality-driven with a “guest first” mentality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while using sound judgement, initiative, and problem-solving skills Experience working in hospitality, premium service, guest experience, or event operations environments Experience working with VIP or high-profile clientele is considered an asset Background in hospitality, sports and entertainment, or event management is preferred Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Applicants must be 19 years of age or older Applicants must be available to work all scheduled BC Lions home games (beginning on July 25th) and select stadium events during the 2026 season Benefits: Free and Discounted BC Lions Merch Discounted BC Lions Tickets Complimentary food and beverage during shifts Opportunity to work in a dynamic professional sports environment The BC Lions are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where all employees feel welcomed, respected, and valued.
