Responsibilities: Organize, maintain, and continuously update company-wide contract database. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in a legal or administrative office setting Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 Strong analytical skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects on deadline Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment Ability to collaborate on projects with multiple departments and contacts Notary preferred Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is an exempt (salary) position. Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
