Coordinator, Fan Experience

The Tampa Bay Rays Fan Experience Coordinator will assist in providing an outstanding experience for all guests attending events at Tropicana Field and Al Lang Stadium for Rays baseball and Rowdies soccer. Responsibilities:Book a variety of entertainment for spaces throughout the stadiumDevelop and oversee theme nights for games throughout the seasonSupervise the Fan Experience elements for non-baseball events including: Enchant, Graduation, Gymnastics, etc. Coordinate responses for fan feedbackDevelopment and coordination of stadium tours program Assistance with employee recognitions programsManage alcoves and development of interactive areasAssist in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring and training of Fan Host and Rolling Rays staffSupervise Wheelchair transports and ensure we follow ADA lawOversee operations support for Rowdies matchesCoordinate other operational tasks as assigned The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required· Positive, friendly and outgoing personality 1-3 years of experience in planning and executing events1-3 years of management or training experience over front-line staffStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience managing and analyzing dataAbility to work extended hours including nights, weekends, holidaysWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
