ResponsibilitiesProcess ticket sales at the box officeProvide exceptional customer serviceAnswer questions concerning event schedules, event prices, and ticket policiesBalance all applicable transactions for the date of service and complete all necessary reports before departureVerify all receipts from daily sales and return to secure area for depositRecord and investigate all overages and shortages, and promptly report to Box Office ManagerWork extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays, as neededFollow all designated opening and closing procedures to ensure areas are secure and energy efficient. requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
