General Description: The Retail Operations Coordinator will manage inventory, receiving, product distribution and directing of staff. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing issues and solving problems and regularly communicating with staff.
