    Position: Partnerships Activation ManagerDepartment: PartnershipsReports To: Vice President of PartnershipsLocation: Dallas, TX | Employment Type: Full-TimePosition SummaryDallas Trinity FC is seeking a Partnerships Activation Manager to serve as the primary steward of the club's corporate partner relationships. experience across all club platforms and events. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Relationship Management• Serve as the primary point of contact for all existing corporate partners.• Conduct regular partner check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.• Address partner inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.• Identify opportunities to grow partner relationships through enhanced activations and added valueActivation Planning and Execution• Develop and maintain detailed activation plans for each partner, encompassing signage, digital, in-stadium, and experiential elements.• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all partner elements are executed in accordance with contractual terms.• Monitor and document all activations throughout the season to ensure accuracy and completeness. Event Coordination• Plan and execute partner-facing events including matchday hospitality, co-branded promotions, and community activations. experience.• Prepare run-of-show documents and coordinate with relevant staff in advance of each event. Contract Fulfillment and Reporting• Maintain a comprehensive fulfillment tracker for all partner deliverables across the full season.• Produce mid-season and end-of-season recap reports that document brand exposure, engagement metrics, and value delivered.• Ensure all fulfillment documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. QualificationsRequired• Minimum of two years of experience in sponsorship activation, partnership marketing, or event coordination. skills.• Availability to work evenings, weekends, all home match dates, and other partnership-related events as required. Preferred• Prior experience in a professional or collegiate sports environment. Experience with vendor and venue contract management.
