About the RoleThe Columbus Crew & Columbus NWSL is seeking a Manager, Data Analysis to join the business analytics team. This role will lead the delivery of data-driven insights that support key business functions across the Club, including Ticketing, Marketing, and Corporate Partnerships. The Manager, Data Analysis will serve as a trusted analytics partner to business stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, fan engagement, and strategic decision-making. This position reports to the Haslam Sports Group’s Manager of Data Analysis and collaborates closely with analytics and data partners who support the Columbus Crew, Columbus NWSL, and Cleveland Browns. Key Responsibilities· Lead data analysis efforts for the Columbus Crew & the Columbus NWSL team, supporting Ticketing, Marketing, and Corporate Partnerships initiatives· Lead pre-launch foundational analysis for Columbus NWSL, launching in 2028. Qualifications· Experience working with an MLS club, NWSL club, or other professional sports organization· Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, marketing, or sponsorship data· Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python or R· Experience mentoring or supporting the development of junior analysts Work Environment· This is a full-time position. Must be able to work flexible, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.· Role will be based in Columbus, Ohio, with collaboration across Haslam Sports Group
