This individual is equally responsible for driving new ticket revenue through proactive outbound sales and for owning the ticketing infrastructure that makes every home match run seamlessly. The role combines active sales of season memberships, partial plans, and group outings with full ownership of Ticketmaster operations, game day ticketing, CRM upkeep, and member benefit fulfillment.
This is a high-impact role suited for a competitive, detail-oriented sports business professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in client relationships, and takes ownership of both the numbers and the systems behind them.

Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with group leaders and decision-makers to present ticketing options and close salesManage a personal account portfolio — own the relationships, renewals, and upsell conversations for all assigned accounts.
Execute the organization-wide retention strategy on assigned accounts as directed by the Director of Ticketing & Partnerships.

Manage will call, guest list coordination, and game day ticket resolution for all home matches.
Oversee member benefit fulfillment including parking, upgrades, early access, and exclusive member experiences. Support the Director of Ticketing & Partnerships on operational ticket tasks, absorbing work that does not require Director-level involvement.
Manage the Ticket Operations Intern on a day-to-day basis, including task delegation, guidance, and professional development.
Deliver a weekly ticket operations and pipeline report to the Director of Ticketing & Partnerships.
CRM & ReportingMaintain full CRM upkeep on all personal accounts, prospects, and pipeline activity — all activity must be logged consistently as a condition of commission eligibility.

Assist with all game day responsibilities of the sales department, including client hosting, ticket resolution, and activation support.
Represent the organization with professionalism and enthusiasm in all external-facing settings.
Outreach ExpectationsThis role carries outreach expectations that reflect its dual sales and operations responsibilities. The Ticket Sales & Operations Manager is expected to maintain consistent outbound activity across email, phone, and in-person engagement — targeting season ticket prospects, group leads, and renewal accounts on an ongoing basis. Weekly outreach cadence includes a meaningful volume of outbound emails and calls, regular prospect meetings both in-person and virtual, and ongoing site visits to local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
Team Culture & CollaborationSet the tone in the office with high activity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude — lead by example in professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to team goals.
