Job Description
The Stadium Events & Operations College Program is a paid, part-time, seasonal opportunity designed for current college students or recent graduates keen to embark on their professional journey within the sports industry.

Throughout 2026-2027, you will be involved in Washington Commanders games, major stadium events, and may also assist with additional office or private events.
Responsibilities:Assist the Operations team with a wide range of tasks at all Stadium Events and Washington Commanders home games during the 2026-2027 season.
Participate in pre-event briefings to align on objectives, timelines, and specific responsibilities.
Ensure the implementation of all safety and security procedures at Northwest Stadium.
Develop and apply customer service strategies to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
Contribute valuable insights in post-event reviews, offering suggestions for optimizing future game-day operations.
Potential for involvement in additional events as needed.
Position Requirements:Currently enrolled in an accredited University or College, or a recent graduate. This opportunity will begin at the end of February 2026 and run through the end of January 2027. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event scheduling.
Availability to commit to all stadium events and Washington Commanders home games.
A strong passion and interest for learning and growing within stadium operations or venue management.
