Position: Performance Marketing ManagerDepartment: MarketingReporting Relationship: Reports to Senior Manager – Growth MarketingStatus: Full-Time (Exempt) Position SummaryTepper Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who will lead and oversee all paid digital marketing and advertising efforts, including paid social, search, display, CTV/OTT, and select offline channels.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the day-to-day lead for all performance marketing efforts across paid social, search, display, and CTV/OTT.
Partner closely with our external media agency to guide strategy, oversee execution, monitor pacing, and ensure campaigns meet KPI goals.
Execute select internal tasks such as ad copywriting, creative routing, tagging, and light campaign setup as needed.
Develop and refine data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with department initiatives.
Oversee campaign structure, tracking, reporting, and creative needs in collaboration with the agency.
Build advertising plans supporting revenue-driving initiatives, partnership activations, stadium events, and brand campaigns.
Collaborate with analytics partners to create, analyze, and present campaign performance reports.
Maintain and align cross-department marketing calendars with organizational tentpole moments.
Identify optimization opportunities with both internal stakeholders and agency partners to improve efficiency and ROI.
Support stadium-event advertising strategy and media plans.
Partner with sales and marketing automation to improve lead capture, segmentation, and nurturing flows.
Manage ad vendor relationships and ensure smooth handoff between internal teams and agency.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsBA/BS degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
experience in performance marketing or paid media roles, including campaign ownership.
Experience leading and managing a team.
Experience collaborating with external agencies or media buying partners.
Strong understanding of SEM, paid social, display, audience targeting, and attribution models.
Experience using analytics tools to extract insights and guide optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, DV360, etc.).
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
QualificationsExperience developing multi-channel paid media strategies for sports, entertainment, or ticketed events.
Experience with project management software (Lytho, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
Strong visual storytelling abilities for reporting and presentations.
RequirementsAbility to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to focus on detailed tasks for sustained periods.
Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
