One of Southern Utah’s top-ranked golf destinations, our golf course is ranked in the top 50 out of the 100 top resort golf courses. The resort encompasses over 180 units ranging from one (1) to six (6) bedrooms for guests to relax in during their stay. Dine in our picturesque restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the gorgeous Southern Utah mountain ranges. End your evening with a concert underneath the stars in our gorgeous Rock Bowl. We specifically seek team members with a proven ability to deliver the highest-quality service and foster a positive environment. skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service to our guests. The desired candidate will be available full-time, pay close attention to detail, have excellent foresight of potential problems, and possess a positive attitude. Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee and manage daily tee sheets, ensuring efficient utilization of course availabilityAssist with group bookings, tournaments, and special events in collaboration with the 1st Assistant Golf ProfessionalProvide exceptional customer service to members and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any scheduling conflictsSupport golf shop operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and salesAssist with golf instruction, clinics, and player development programs as neededEnforce course policies and maintain a professional atmosphere on and off the courseWork closely with the golf operations team to ensure smooth daily functionsRequirements and Qualifications:PGA Member or Associate (preferred) or actively pursuing PGA certificationPrevious experience in golf operations, preferably at a resort or high-volume facilityStrong knowledge of tee sheet management and golf booking systemsExcellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysProficiency in golf-related software and POS systemsPassion for the game of golf and a commitment to growing the sportAn outstanding communicator, both orally and writtenSelf-starter who works well independentlyAbility to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completionFamiliar with standard office equipmentDetail-oriented and exceptional organizational skillsExperience with complex file managementStrong problem solver and analytical thinkerProfessional demeanorBenefits & Perks· Competitive hourly pay with potential for growth· Golf privileges at one of the top-rated courses in the region· Opportunities for professional development and PGA education assistance· Staff discounts on golf shop merchandise and resort amenitiesJob Type: Full-timePay: $16 - $19 (DOE)Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
