About the OpportunityWe operate collegiate summer baseball teams across multiple regional leagues, providing elite competitive environments for college players while delivering high-quality community experiences in each market. Our Head Coaches are more than lineup makers. They are leaders, teachers, and culture builders — responsible for developing players on and off the field while collaborating closely with the General Manager and league leadership to run a professional organization. This role is ideal for coaches who want real responsibility, autonomy, and impact. We are building a platform where strong coaches can grow. Role OverviewThe Head Coach leads all baseball operations for their assigned team. You will oversee player development, on-field strategy, daily training, and team culture while serving as a mentor to players and assistant coaches. You are responsible for creating a competitive, disciplined, and positive environment. Key areas of responsibility include:Baseball OperationsManage all on-field activities including practices, games, and training plansSet lineups, pitching rotations, and in-game strategyLead daily workouts and player development sessionsCoordinate player arrivals, departures, and roster needs with league leadershipPlayer DevelopmentProvide individualized instruction and feedbackSupport players’ collegiate goals and professional aspirationsFoster accountability, growth mindset, and professionalismServe as mentor and role modelStaff LeadershipSupervise Assistant CoachesHelp onboard interns and game-day staff from a baseball operations perspectiveMaintain clear communication with the General ManagerCulture & RepresentationBuild a positive, team-first clubhouse cultureRepresent the organization professionally in the communityUphold league standards and expectationsWho We’re Looking ForStrong candidates typically bring experience in:College, summer collegiate, high school, or travel baseball coachingPlayer development and instructionLeadership roles within baseball programsMore important than résumé is approach. Time Commitment & StructureThis is a seasonal role with primary commitment during the summer playing schedule, including practices, games, and team activities. Preseason preparation and roster coordination may begin earlier.
