Job Overview The Earthquakes II Performance Coach holds the primary role and responsibility of managing the day-to-day and overall physical performance operations for the San Jose Earthquakes II MLS Next Pro team. Responsibilities· Managing the day-to-day physical performance needs of the Earthquakes II MLS Next Pro Team and athletes assigned to the team· Design and implementation warm-up, activation, and recovery strategies for team and athletes. skills required to work effectively with Players, coaches, other Club personnel, and MLS staff • Comply with all San Jose Earthquakes, MLS Next Pro, and U.
