Position: Goalkeeper Coach – USL League Two & USL W LeagueLocation: Miami, FloridaDepartment: Technical StaffReports To: Head CoachSalary: $500-$900 Stipend-basedDuration: No later than May 1 – August 1, 2025Hours: 15–20 hours/week, plus matchdayPosition Summary:The Goalkeeper Coach will be responsible for the development, training, and performance of the team’s goalkeepers. This role includes leading technical and tactical goalkeeper sessions, assisting in match preparation, analyzing goalkeeper performance, and contributing to the overall defensive strategy of the team. Key Responsibilities:Plan and lead all goalkeeper-specific training sessions, integrated within the broader team scheduleFocus on shot-stopping, distribution, positioning, communication, set pieces, and decision-makingConduct video analysis of goalkeeper performance during training and matchesSupport goalkeepers in physical preparation, mental focus, and confidence buildingCollaborate with the Head Coach and Sports & Performance Coach to monitor fitness, injury prevention, and recoveryAssist with scouting opposition goalkeepers and preparing the team for how to exploit themAttend and support all training sessions, home matches, and select away matchesProvide individual feedback to goalkeepers weekly and set personalized development goalsPreferred Qualifications:USSF, UEFA, or equivalent Goalkeeping License preferredPlaying or coaching experience at the college, academy, or semi-pro levelDeep understanding of modern goalkeeper techniques and tactical role in team shapeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with video analysis tools (e. experience coaching elite-level goalkeepers in a competitive USL League Two and/or USL W League environmentIntegration into a professional coaching team and exposure to advanced training systemsLeadership opportunity with a nationally recognized development platformProfessional development and networking within the USL and broader soccer ecosystemTo Apply:Please submit your resume, a brief cover letter to Teamworks.
